IRVINE, Calif., November 16, 2015 – AllDigital announces its plan to release an entirely new generation of its high-speed file transport and transcoding service, AllDigital Brevity, on December 1, 2015.

AllDigital Brevity has been architected and developed with the cloud in mind, incorporating many of the latest software architectures and technologies, including microservices, docker containers, and kuberenetes orchestration technology, and like all generations of Brevity, AllDigital Brevity uses AllDigital’s patented technology at its core, which enables it to compress and transcode video files as they are being delivered real time.

“We believe there are a number of existing and evolving use cases for AllDigital Brevity as a service to be widely used in enterprise video workflows, by video professionals, and by video OEM’s to connect and transport video over the Internet,” said Michael Linos, AllDigital’s Chief Executive Officer. “More online video destinations, higher quality videos and tighter production timelines all play to the strengths of AllDigital Brevity.”

For the past year AllDigital has worked closely with its Brevity customers and prospects, including broadcasters, global technology companies, entertainment companies, and OEM’s.  Their valued feedback has helped AllDigital to identify and prioritize the development of the new and newly enhanced features that will be part of AllDigital Brevity.  Some of these features include: advanced developer APIs, virtual machines for cloud deployment, security protocols for premium content, increased throughput per instance with enhancements of GPU algorithms, and additional destination options.  In addition, AllDigital Brevity will feature a completely redesigned app that allows for simple deployment and management of digital workflows.

Following its launch of AllDigital Brevity, the Company anticipates the frequent addition of new features both from its roadmap and strategic use cases presented to its Integration Services group to keep pace with rapidly changing and evolving industry demands.

AllDigital will be previewing AllDigital Brevity with key partners and industry experts this week at the Streaming Media West trade show in Huntington Beach, California.  For more information on the product launch and to stay current with new features and updates, email
