Paul Summers - Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Prior to AllDigital, Mr. Summers co-founded VitalStream Holdings, Inc., a leading content delivery network with over 1,000 clients including Disney/ABC, Comcast, and Amazon, whose shares eventually listed on NASDAQ and sold to Internap (NASDAQ: INAP) for over $200 million in stock. Previously, Mr. Summers co-founded AnaServe, Inc., a privately held web-hosting company that sold to Concentric Network Corporation in 1998. He brings years of consumer and enterprise distribution experience from his tenures at Merisel, Inc. and AmeriQuest. He is an alumnus of the University of Southern California where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
Timothy Napoleon - Co-Founder and President Media Services
Most recently, Mr. Napoleon was the Chief Strategist, Media and Entertainment, for Akamai Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: AKAM), working directly with enterprise and media companies such as Apple, MLB, XM Satellite, MTV, NBC, and News Corp. Prior to Akamai, Mr. Napoleon worked at VitalStream as VP of Business Development, and Mr. Napoleon was the director of online marketing at Pacific Life. He received his MBA degree from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business after earning his undergraduate degree in Communications from the California State University at Fullerton.
Steve Smith - Co-Founder and President Network Services
Steve Smith is President Network Services, of the Company. Prior to the company Steve founded Hosting Consulting, Inc. Hosting Consulting provided specialized technical and administrative management for Internet enabled companies. Hosting Consulting was acquired by the company in December of 2009. Mr Smith was CTO of VitalStream's integrated content services that enable businesses to broadcast digital media and communications to worldwide audiences via the Internet. Prior to his tenure at VitalStream, Mr Smith founded SiteStream, Inc. SiteStream provided customized managed server and streaming media services to businesses before being acquired by VitalStream in March of 2000. Mr. Smith was also the former CTO of AnaServe, Inc. He possesses specialized training for wide variety of storage technologies, hosting applications and streaming media delivery technologies.
