Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Paul Summers is responsible for the overall strategy of the company and directing its growth.
Prior to AllDigital, Paul co-founded VitalStream Holdings, a leading content-delivery network with more than 1,000 clients, including Disney/ABC, Comcast and Amazon. VitalStream’s shares eventually listed on NASDAQ and it sold to Internap for more than $200 million in stock. Paul co-founded AnaServe, a privately held web-hosting company that sold to Concentric Network Corporation. He brings extensive experience from work with Merisel and AmeriQuest. Paul is an alumnus of USC.
Vice President of Network Services
Steve Smith is responsible for the strategy, engineering and operation of AllDigital’s origin services group.
Prior to AllDigital, Steve served as President of Hosting Consulting, which provided specialized technical and administrative management for Internet-enabled companies. Steve was CTO of VitalStream’s integrated content services that enable businesses to broadcast digital media and communications to worldwide audience via the Internet. Prior to that, Steve founded SiteStream, which provided customized managed server and streaming-media services to businesses. He was the CTO of AnaServe, and possesses specialized training for a variety of storage technologies, hosting applications and streaming media.
Tim Napoleon is responsible for customer go-to-market strategies and implementation, and strategic partnerships.
Prior to AllDigital, Tim was the Chief Strategist for M&E at Akamai Technologies and worked directly with enterprise and media companies including Apple, MLB, XM Satellite, MTV, NBC and News Corp. Prior to that, Tim worked at VitalStream as the Vice President of Business Development. He also was the director of online marketing for Pacific Life. Tim earned his MBA from USC’s Marshall School of Business, and is a graduate of California State University Fullerton.
Chief Operating Officer
Brad Eisenstein is responsible for all aspects of AllDigital's corporate operations.
Brad served as Director of Sales and Finance Operations - Enterprise Hosting for XO Communications and has served three middle market companies as CFO. He started his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen where he attained his CPA designation. Brad earned his BS degree from the Leventhal School of Accounting at USC, and his MBA degree from the Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine.
Chief Financial Officer
Barbara Crofts is responsible for AllDigital's finances and accounting.
Barbara served as CFO for three middle-market companies, including Loma Linda University Medical Center's Murrieta Campus construction phase. She started her career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen where she attained her CPA designation. Barbara earned her bachelor’s degree in international relations from USC, and her MBA degrees from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and the Marshall School of Business at USC.
Vice President of Media Services
David Hemingway is responsible for Client Services and Solution Implementation for the company.
David has more than 20 years experience planning and managing product launches and implementations for a wide variety of industries and clients, including: AOL, Citibank, Conde Nast, Disney, Hyundai, NBC and Toyota. Prior to AllDigital, David was the co-founder of Vimation, a Video Interactive Media Platform (VIM®) that enables consumers to navigate, shop or browse by interacting directly with high quality video. David earned his B.S. from California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo.
Executive Vice President of Sales
Michael Linos will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of AllDigital’s sales and business development functions and serves on AllDigital’s Board of Directors.
Prior to AllDigital, Michael helped Verio create and significantly grow their enterprise hosting sales organization nationwide eventually being acquired by NTT. Michael also helped build the sales and business development functions at Vitalstream prior to the company selling to Internap. As a senior member of the management team at BandCon Michael directed the business development efforts and managed the sales team before and after the company’s sale to Highwinds. He started his career at IBM as a sales representative selling technology solutions to Fortune 500 companies. Michael has a BS from the University of Dayton and an MBA degree from Northwestern University.
