AllDigital Holdings, Inc. Announces New Board Member

AllDigital Holdings, Inc. (“AllDigital”), a technology company that enables digital content distribution, is pleased to announce the selection of Dave Williams as the newest member of the AllDigital Board.
The addition of Dave Williams continues to expand upon the diverse experience and talents of the AllDigital Board. "We are excited to have Mr. Williams back on the team. Dave brings over 18 years of emerging technology business experience, including more than 12 years in the digital media industry. In similar news, Brad Wilhite from the Ascendiant Capital Group, LLC resigned from his AllDigital board position for personal reasons. These changes bring the total number of Board members to four.
About Dave Williams
Dave is presently the president and owner of Advanced Dental Designs, a specialty manufacturer of precision dental equipment. Prior to this, he was the Manager of Affiliate Operations for Google, where he oversaw a national team managing 1600 radio stations as part of Google’s ad network. Dave had previously been the Manager of Affiliate Operations at dMarc Broadcasting (acquired by Google for $475M cash). He was the VP of Operations at VitalStream, where he managed several teams responsible for solutions deployment, customer service and network operations. Before VitalStream, Dave had co-founded SiteStream along with Steve Smith, which was later acquired by VitalStream. Dave, who is based in Newport Beach, CA, is an alumnus of USC and received his MBA from Wharton Business School.
