AllDigital’s Tim Napoleon to Moderate HTML5 and Web Video Standards Panel at Streaming Media East

As the explosion of different digital video capable devices (from portable media players to connected televisions) continue to drive consumer demand and excitement, there is a growing need for video delivery mechanism that can be rapidly adapted to these new environments. Much has been said about HTML5 video, and how it fits into this growing ecosystem. Also, how does the emergence of HTML 5 affect other formats such as Flash and Silverlight? How are the industry and web giants such as Google, Mozilla, and Apple supporting it?
The HTML5 and Web Video Video Standards panel at Streaming Media East will discuss these issues and more.
